Pastor David Hancox
Senior Pastor
Pastor David Hancox has faithfully led Hope Church Oldbury for over 15 years. He has a heart for teaching God’s Word and helping people grow in their faith and relationship with Christ. David is also an international Christian author, with books including Less Is More and As It Was in the Days of Noah – A Wake Up Call for Our Generation, which encourage believers to live with purpose and spiritual awareness in today’s world.
Tina Hancox
Women’s Pastor
Tina Hancox plays a vital role in the life of Hope Church. As Women’s Pastor, she is passionate about supporting and encouraging women in their faith. Tina also serves in several other areas of church life, including worship leading and helping with the children’s ministry, and is known for her heart for people and her dedication to serving the church family.
Brad Hancox
Worship Leader
Brad Hancox leads worship at Hope Church and is a gifted, multi-talented musician and songwriter. He has a passion for creating meaningful times of worship that help people encounter God and grow in their faith.
Neil Guy (“Skip”)
Drummer & Church Accountant
Neil Guy, affectionately known as Skip, faithfully serves the church in several ways. He supports the worship team as the church drummer and also looks after the church finances as the church accountant, helping ensure the practical needs of the church are well managed.
Steve Clarke
Elder
Steve Clarke serves as an elder at Hope Church, offering wisdom, support, and spiritual guidance within the leadership team. He is committed to strengthening the church community and helping people grow in their faith.
Together with our deacons, deaconesses, and volunteers, the leadership team at Hope Church Oldbury is committed to serving God and supporting our church family as we grow in faith, fellowship, and community.

What to Expect When You Visit
When you visit Hope Church Oldbury, you’ll find a warm welcome and a friendly church family. Our desire is to create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and able to encounter God.
Our Sunday service begins at 11:00am and includes uplifting worship, prayer, and a message from the Bible that is relevant to everyday life. Worship is led by our talented worship team, creating a meaningful time where we come together to praise God.
We also share Communion together, remembering the sacrifice of Jesus and celebrating the hope we have in Him. All believers are welcome to take part.
We are a relaxed and welcoming church, so feel free to come as you are. Whether you are new to church, exploring faith, or looking for a church home, you will be warmly welcomed.
Throughout the week there are also opportunities to connect and grow in faith through Bible study, prayer meetings, and community activities.
